The brisket was awesome as good as the ribs and these not much if anything that could make them better. I had a sandwich the next day with brisket and cheese any mayo that too was great . But just FYI this is Robert Ver Sprill my wife sandi ordered it for me she isn’t much is a smoked meat eater but I love it same with the ribs both best I’ve ever had . Looking forward to new stuff in future maybe chicken or turkey I
