  Urban Smokehouse's meats are vacuum-sealed and packed with dry ice to maintain their freshness and quality. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

• What is the serving size of the ribs?

  Each half slab weighs 16 ounces and can comfortably feed 1 hungry person or 2 people for a snack.

• All of the products are described as Allergen-free. What does that mean?

  There are 8 main allergens, and so Allergen-free refers to products that are free of the current top 8 allergens as recognized by the FDA. Those allergens are: dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, shellfish, fish, tree nuts (including coconut) and peanuts.

  Yes, Urban Smokehouse's pre-cooked meats can be reheated if not eaten all at once. Simply wrap the remaining meat in foil or plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to eat. To reheat, follow the cooking instructions included with the product.

  Currently, Urban Smokehouse specializes in pre-cooked meats and does not offer any vegetarian or vegan options. However, we are always exploring new product ideas and welcome feedback from our customers.
